Stephen Hague

Company Director

Stephen has been in the scaffolding industry for over 30 years working on big major projects throughout the country. From just after leaving school Stephen served as an apprentice and worked himself from training to advance scaffolding and then moving from supervisor into the management team. He has worked as a supervisor from two of the biggest companies in the North East, ISL Scaffolding and JTL Scaffolding, which are two really successful scaffolding companies. 2 years ago, Stephen decided to setup a company of his own, having the respect and reputation from past clients in the building industry was confident in succeeding with his own company.

Carl Orman

Operations Manager

Carl has been in the scaffolding industry for over 45 years and is well known throughout the scaffolding industry having worked on major projects including railway industry for 25 years. Carl started in the industry as a trainee at 15 years of age and worked his way up to an advanced scaffolder supervisor. Because of his knowledge in scaffolding, he soon became a key player in major companies. Stephen and Carl have worked together for the last 25 years, and both decided to use their knowledge in building the company.

Ricky Hubber

Senior Supervisor

Ricky has been working for DVS for over 18 months and was promoted to site supervisor in November 2024. He currently oversees projects on site and is responsible for ensuring materials and labour is on site and coordinating all jobs to ensure they run smoothly. He is an advanced scaffolder with many years of experience in scaffolding.
